Please utilize the embedded tool below to search, access, and download data on a particular property or portfolio of properties. Search and filter by entering: Project ID, Development Name, Address, City, Owner Organization, or Management Organization. Use the scroll button at the bottom of the table to move from left to right to view all data. Click download once search is complete to export file.
Regarding the submission instructions in the “Tenant Profile Compliance Report Submission” column, properties should submit documents as follows:
- Submit linked form via BDS – submit the completed Tenant Profile Compliance Report form via BDS for the HOME, NHTF, CDBG and/or NSP award.
- Submit Tenant Events via DMS – enter tenant events in DMS for the LIHTC, 1602 and/or TCAP award.
- Submit Tenant Events via DMS and linked form via BDS – enter tenant events in DMS for the LIHTC, 1602 and/or TCAP award AND submit the completed Tenant Profile Compliance Report form via BDS for the HOME, NHTF, CDBG and/or NSP award.
