Applications for all IHDA Multifamily lending programs may be submitted at any time, year-round. Applications for Low Income Housing Tax Credits are reviewed biannually under a competitive review. To submit a Multifamily application, please use an accordian file folder(s).
Multifamily Programs will assign an officer to your project.
Review the IHDA Common Application and IHDA Common Application Checklist to see the detail and requirements needed to apply.
