The Illinois Home Start Loan Program helps first time homebuyers achieve the dream of homeownership affordably with its 4.50% interest rate. Home Start also offers a NEW down payment assistance loan.	IHDA is pleased to announce the list of 2010 9% Tax Credit Applications Received on May 17, 2010. The Authority received 57 applications representing 3,797 units of affordable housing.
